01Account & access
Who can place orders on MD Distribution?
The platform is strictly reserved for trade professionals. Opening an account requires a valid SIRET number and an active company. A company registration extract (Kbis) may be requested during validation.
How do I open a reseller account?
Go to "Become a Client", enter your SIRET (verified in real time) and your contact details. Your application is then reviewed by our team before your access to the catalog and professional pricing is activated.
I've forgotten my password — what should I do?
From the sign-in page, click "Forgot?". Enter your email address and you will receive a link to set a new password.
02Orders & delivery
Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Each product listing shows its packaging unit and minimum order quantity (MOQ). Pricing is tiered according to volume.
What are the delivery lead times?
Orders are picked and dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours. Transit time depends on the carrier and destination; tracking is available in your Orders section.
How do I track my order?
In your reseller account, the Orders section shows the status and tracking for each order, along with your full order history and invoices.
03Products & compliance
Are your products compliant with current regulations?
Yes. All our products comply with applicable regulations, with a THC content below 0.3%. Every batch has a viewable Certificate of Analysis (COA).
Where can I find the Certificates of Analysis (COA)?
COAs are available per batch on individual product pages, and also in the Documents section of your reseller account.
04Payment & invoicing
Are prices shown excluding VAT?
Yes, all prices in the professional catalog are shown excluding VAT. VAT and any applicable shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
How do I retrieve my invoices?
Each order generates a downloadable PDF invoice, available in the Invoices section of your reseller account.
